- Children learn best when all of their senses and developmental arenas are engaged.
- The home is the most important learning environment. - Every child should experience the joy, fun, and learning which music brings to life!
Kindermusik programs involve children and their parents in a wide variety of vocal, instrumental, movement, literary, and imaginative activities. Parents also receive the highest quality home materials to help continue the learning at home. Many instructors offer weekly newsletters customized to each particular class, highlighting children's achievements, sharing in parents' joys, and explaining the benefits of the previous class's featured activities.
In addition, all Kindermusik classes and activities help children to develop in six domains:
Musical Development
Cognitive Development
Social Development
Linguistic Development
Emotional Development
Physical Development
Kindermusik also uses the latest research in speech, language, reading, child psychology, music, movement, dance, and neurology to create and update our programs.
Kindermusik is a comprehensive, 7-year program for newborns through 7-year-olds and their families. With four different core class levels, 20 different semester-long curricula, seven different summer camps, a sign language class, a multi-age class, and new classes being developed all the time, children can learn and grow with Kindermusik for seven straight years without ever repeating a curriculum! In addition, each class level builds upon and expands the learning and fun offered in the previous level.

About Kindermusik
“The fact that children can learn to make beautiful music is less significant than the fact that music can make beautiful children.”
